These terms apply to khaohealthy.in and to anything you buy from it. By placing an order you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Khao Healthy, Zoo Road, Guwahati, Assam – 24, operating under FSSAI licence 20326101000546. Contact: hello@khaohealthy.in, 60003-06449.
Khao Healthy is a packer and marketer, not a manufacturer. The muesli is produced by a third-party manufacturer and supplied to us as a finished blend. We pack it into our own 200 g pouches and market it under our FSSAI licence. Wherever this site says "our muesli" or "we make", it means blends we have selected, packed and put our name to.
Orders
Adding an item to your cart is not a purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to your pin code.
Prices and payment
- Every 200 g pouch is ₹249. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes.
- Delivery is charged separately and shown in the cart before you pay. See the shipping policy.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment gateway.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.
Product information
Nutritional values on this site are reproduced from the printed pack labels and are approximate, referenced to apeda.gov.in. They can vary slightly between batches, which is normal for a natural product. Photographs are of our own product but styling and lighting mean the contents may not look identical to your pouch.
Allergens
Our blends contain nuts, seeds and cereals containing gluten, and are produced and packed in facilities that handle all of these. Always read the ingredient list on the product page and on the pouch before eating. If you have a food allergy, please check the pack and contact us if in any doubt. We cannot accept liability for an allergic reaction where the ingredient was declared on the label.
Storage and use
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, seal the pouch tightly and finish within a few weeks. Consume before the best-before date printed on the pack. The product is food — we are not responsible for it going off after delivery if it has been stored badly.

Health claims
Our products are food, not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are managing diabetes, an allergy or any other condition, speak to your doctor.
Our content
The Khao Healthy name, logo, packaging design, photography and the text on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guwahati, Assam.
